چکیده

The development of highly active and low-cost electrocatalysts with excellent durability is a major challenge for glucose catalysis. Here, we report fast electrodeposition method preparing new NiCuO flower-like nanostructure non-noble metals. catalyst shows significant efficiency electrooxidation, which reaches an oxidative peak mass activity 376.80 A g?1 retains 66% the original current over 10,000 s in stability test by chronoamperometry. We credit oxidation outstanding to combination metal materials nanostructures NiCuO/ITO electrode, results large electrochemically surface areas (ECSAs) 85.9 m2 charge transfer as measured electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). This nanoflower provides functional material building fuel cells other devices.

Highly active and durable platinum-lead bimetallic alloy nanoflowers for formic acid electrooxidation.

The Pt84Pb16 (atomic ratio) bimetallic alloy nanoflowers (Pt84Pb16 BANFs) are synthesized by a simple one-pot hydrothermal reduction method that effectively enhance the dehydrogenation pathway of the formic acid oxidation reaction (FAOR) due to the ensemble effect and the electronic effect. As a result, the mass activity of Pt84Pb16 BANFs for the FAOR is 16.7 times higher than that of commercia...

Spherulitic copper–copper oxide nanostructure-based highly sensitive nonenzymatic glucose sensor

In this work, three different spherulitic nanostructures Cu-CuOA, Cu-CuOB, and Cu-CuOC were synthesized in water-in-oil microemulsions by varying the surfactant concentration (30 mM, 40 mM, and 50 mM, respectively). The structural and morphological characteristics of the Cu-CuO nanostructures were investigated by ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron mi...

Free-standing nickel oxide nanoflake arrays: synthesis and application for highly sensitive non-enzymatic glucose sensors.

We report a seed-mediated hydrothermal growth of free-standing nickel hydroxide [Ni(OH)(2)] and nickel oxide (NiO) nanoflake arrays and their implementation as electrodes for non-enzymatic glucose sensors. Ni(OH)(2) nanoflakes were converted into porous NiO nanoflakes upon thermal annealing in air at temperatures of 300 °C or above. NiO nanoflake-arrayed sensors achieve an excellent glucose sen...

Nickel oxide nanotubes-carbon microparticles/Nafion nanocomposite for the electrooxidation and sensitive detection of metformin.

The electrocatalytic oxidation of metformin was studied on a nickel oxide nanotubes-carbon microparticles/Nafion nanocomposite, using cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. In the presence of metformin, the anodic peak current of the Ni(II)/Ni(III) transition increased, followed by a decrease in the corresponding cathodic currents. Based on the results, the drug was oxidized on nickel oxide ...

Porous Nickel–Iron Oxide as a Highly Efficient Electrocatalyst for Oxygen Evolution Reaction

A porous Ni-Fe oxide with improved crystallinity has been prepared as a highly efficient electrocatalytic water oxidation catalyst. It has a small overpotential, a low Tafel slope, and an outstanding stability. The remarkably improved electrocatalytic performance is due to the porous structure, high extent homogeneous iron incorporation, ameliorative crystallinity, and the low mass transfer res...
